Please reach out for custom orders and estimated turnaround time. Easter launch turnaround time: Easter Bunny rompers/hoodies will be available for pickup/shipping at the end of February/early March. Specific launches may have longer (or shorter) turnaround times, please be sure to look at each launch's specific turnaround times to be sure you are comfortable with it before purchasing. Meet-up times vary depending on the availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order.

You can purchase your items online and pick them up for free in Bridgewater or Bedford, pickup locations will be given out once your item is ready for pickup.

Shipping is done through Canada Post, UPS and Purolator, please note packages are sent with tracking so you can track your order and know when to expect it (shipping cost is $18.00). Untracked (uninsured) shipping options are available upon request. Please contact us for shipping quotes outside of Canada.

Please contact us within 7 days for a return, the item must be unworn, unsoiled and in original form to warrant a return and refund of your money. If you are unsatisfied with any of our products please reach out to us at geneticthreads@outlook.com Order something in the wrong size? Let us know, as long as the item is in original form and has not been worn we will happily exchange an item for a different size as long as we have the size/material to do so (Exclusion - custom orders, especially custom embroidery). Otherwise, we can discuss options with you at that time. Custom orders such as custom embroidery are not eligible for refund or return. These items are customized to you and your little one so we, unfortunately, cannot issue a refund or return.

Any product that is not currently available on our website is deemed a custom product. All custom products require payment in full at the time of the order to secure the order and begin the process of making your special piece. Turnaround times will be discussed at the time of placing the order. We are happy to discuss customizing a product for you and your little one, any orders outside of our regular lines will be subject to a customization fee (discussed at the time of placing the order). Custom orders depending on complexity may take longer than the outlined turnaround time on our website, please plan in advance. We recommend turning the garments inside out before washing and using a cold gentle cycle machine wash or hand washing. We recommend hanging to dry or drying on a gentle cycle in the dryer.

Unless otherwise indicated all products are made with a 4 way stretch french terry(95% cotton, 5 % spandex) or jersey (92% cotton, 8 % spandex). We also offer products made in 100% organic cotton, bamboo and waffle material (95-100% organic cotton). All of our fabric meets Okeo-Tex standards for use in baby clothing and is sourced from Canadian and European Suppliers. All of the clothing is handmade by my mother and I in our home in Bridgewater Nova Scotia.
