Order something in the wrong size? Let us know, as long as the item is in original form and has not been worn we will happily exchange an item for a different size as long as we have the size/material to do so (Exclusion - custom orders, especially custom embroidery). Otherwise, we can discuss options with you at that time.

Custom orders such as custom embroidery are not eligible for refund or return. These items are customized to you and your little one so we, unfortunately, cannot issue a refund or return.
